JINEU studios aim to ship all product within 24 hours of receiving your order. For domestic express post option, your order will need to be placed prior to 1 pm for same-day despatch.

Shipping within Australia is free for orders $150 and over, orders under $150 will incur a $9AUD shipping fee. We offer an express shipping option at checkout for $1AUD. We ship with Australia Post locally.

DHL express shipping to the rest of the world is free for orders over $150 AUD. Rates are available at checkout for individual countries under $150AUD. Please note you need to check your local tax rates, particularly the UK and EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery with DHL.

Please allow (3-7 business days) for overseas shipping.

For orders outside Australia and New Zealand, taxes and duties may be set by the customs authorities in your country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering. We are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.
