Australia

All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. We offer free shipping for all orders over $200. All orders under $200 will vary depending on the weight of each order. All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch.

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address accurately during the ordering process. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we are unable to make changes to address details. If your shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the standard applicable postage rate to resend the items.

Once your items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. In the event that a product is misplaced during transit, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to engage with the designated Postal Service for resolution. We do not provide replacements or refunds for products that go missing or are damaged during transit.


New Zealand

All orders to NZ are shipped via Australia Post. Standard shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of each order.

Taxes and Duties

Please note: Internationally orders may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. 

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the customer’s responsibility. 

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to return the order to JINEU to receive a refund. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
