Here at Jineu, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy.

Our items are vintage and pre-loved. Although we are meticulous about sourcing quality items that have been cared for, small signs of wear (love), such as fading is to be expected with items. We do our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, measurements, and images of imperfections.

If you are unsatisfied with your Jineu purchase, items can be returned within seven days of delivery for store credit only. Returned items must be received back in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return please email hello@jineu.com within seven days of receiving your order. Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow up to three days for us to process the return.

Jineu takes no responsibility for missing returns without proof of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
